What you need For a Good Website

Consistency

When I say consistency, I mean keep updating your blog with content so your readers can keep learning from you.  The best is to add one post a day and at least  3 to 4 posts (minimum) a week is enough to stay active.  As a result, they will also keep sharing your posts, which will drive in more traffic.

You need to keep improving your presence by communicating with them, replying to the comments section from your website,  messages on your social media accounts, join them in the small discussion, respond to them when they send a message via social media.  Usually, when you gain trust and built a strong relationship with them, you can already recommend your products.

The best way to keep people and have more customers register to your site is don’t rush into selling the products you promote. People will think and say you’re not there to help them you’re just there to make your business grow and just want to make money.

To have your posts rank it takes some time and it’s crucial in your early months, that you are consistently working on your affiliate marketing business, or else it will not produce many results for you. You need to share on social media and be consistent. A lot of people give up in the first year of building this business because they think it doesn’t work, but it does if you stay consistent and persevere.

After 12 months, your website will have more authority and will gain more trust from search engines (SEO)as well.

That is when you’ll be getting higher and higher rankings and, then you see, more traffic and income.

Most people quit during the first year because they don’t think it’s working but it takes longer to get ranked these days because search engines (SEO) want to know if you are going to keep on going before they give you any great rankings.

Persistence, Perseverance & Patience

It not going to be easy, in these businesses there’s always ups and downs, and affiliate marketing is no exception.  For many of us at WA, it wasn’t always a smooth journey at all, there were a lot of bumps along the way.

If you incur problems, you just need to find ways to solve it and this is part of your learning process.  A lot of this is a learning process.  So problems are going to be a given in building any business, so expect them and be wise about it as a learning opportunity.

This process is the learning part, we learn with our mistakes and problems will make you better.  Every time you climb over one of these obstacles, you’re one step close to your goal!!!

Unfortunately, for some beginners, they get discouraged right away because it has been two or three months and still no regular income. I didn’t receive any significant income for quite a while as you say above, but that did not stop me from pursuing and pushing even harder as I was finishing my first year.

It is common for an affiliate to achieve a regular income after six months of working hard.  For some, it may even take up to a year. So don’t give up easily. Keep on going and persist.

If I did it you can do it.  I’m “french Canadian” I’m and not very good writing in English but still I did it, I had the help of my friend google, and another platform for translation.

You will need to get Help, which brings me to the next section below.

What’s the Best Training!!

Some of the new affiliates dismiss the idea of getting training.  They believe they can learn along as they embark on their affiliate marketing journey.  While this might be true for some, but unfortunately for others, there are not as lucky.  Affiliate marketing is becoming more competitive, and if you have no idea what you’re doing, you’re going to get left out, fast.

There are proven techniques and strategies to learn, especially if you have no idea about how to rank your website on search engines(SEO). This is the golden nugget you need to learn because without free traffic, you’ll always be paying for it and you don’t want that.

You need to build this free traffic first then when your site makes money, then you can reinvest that money and scale your business with paid traffic.

Don’t forget while training and building your website you will also need help and support along the way, the training platform I use has a community of people like you all building their online business in affiliate marketing.  Like I write in my other post “Make money with Affiliate Marketing!”   You will have the help you need for training and building and understanding all the processes of building and growing your website.

I strongly suggest that you get training.  It will not cost as much for all the access, features things you’re going to learn,  and the tools you’re going to get and you can start for Free.

Those are the factors to consider when starting an affiliate marketing online business.

  1. Great post and some very important points that people coming into the “make money online” niche need to know, especially that it is not easy.

People online expect to see benefits over-night and this just is not going to happen.

It took me quite a while but that was because I took 14 months off.

It is very important to have a belief that it is going to work no matter how long it takes.

People are led to believe that this is easy which is what I fell for and very quickly realized that there was a lot to learn.

The 2 things that I believe you need to master are content marketing and YouTube. I have seen people doing extremely well with only a bunch of posts (50ish) but more focus on YouTube.

    Thank you for sharing
