1 – Stop comparing your life!
Do you really want to get the most out of life? You’ll need to stop worrying about what everyone else does and focus on your own personal goals.
People have developed bad habits with social media. A lot of people compare themselves to others. They compare their lives with others. See the life of others beautiful and pleasant.
Each person should look and make their life good without worrying about the best the other has.
It’s okay to be selfish once in a while. Get away from the screen and invest in some time for me.
2 -Present-day – Present moment
People are often stressed out and don’t take the time to live in the moment.
Either they are too busy remembering the past. Or thinking about the future to appreciate all the wonderful things that can happen.
It’s important not to waste time, it goes by so quickly. Don’t waste it dreaming about things that have happened before. It is the time to live the present moments and to appreciate them.
As much as possible it is important to direct all your attention to the present. Thus to appreciate and live happiness which passes every day.
3 – Be grateful for your life!
If you really want to make the most of life, do some self-reflection. This is the key!
We tend to be preoccupied with the things we don’t have rather than what we have. Sometimes, it’s important to remind ourselves of all the beautiful things we have. We need to be thankful for it.
Create a gratitude journal if you need to and list 3 things you are thankful for every day.
This can help put things in perspective. What seems like a bad day can turn out to be a good one.
4 – Become a morning person
Morning people value their time of the day. These early morning people are making the most of life. So stop repeating, throw in the blankets and seize the day.
Research on the subject has revealed that there are so many benefits to being an early riser. Early risers are considered more productive than people who sleep part of the day.
Those people who we call “early birds” tend to be happier and healthier. These people tend to go to bed early which results in better sleep.

5 – While working at home… Eat well!
Indulging in a tasty treat every now and then is harmless.
When working from home it is important to eat well. You have a creative job and you don’t move much. So eating light will help you have a better day.
This is proof that if you try to create with a full stomach… it’s difficult because our stomach is full, our system wants to fall asleep.
A complete detox is not the solution. Now is the time to change your eating habits.
If chocolate is your weak point, start by weaning yourself off.
Cut back on your intake and focus on smart food trading.
Change the chips for popcorn, the candy for a handful of almonds. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Easy to digest food. You only have one body, so take care of it.
